Office of Educational Affairs
The Office of Educational Affairs provides support services to Stritch physicians-in-training and faculty. Specifically, the Educational Affairs team provides logistical assistance to physicians-in-training, faculty, residents, community faculty, affiliated sites, and school administration for issues or questions relating to courses and clerkships. The team uses a variety of formats to prepare, distribute, and maintain educational materials, schedules, exams, and assessments. The team also coordinates and manages course and clerkship lectures, small group sessions, lab sessions, workshops, clinical skills exercises, and exams. Student progress is followed by ensuring all academic requirements are met.
Medical Education Coordinators

Responsibilities
Rina serves as the Administrative Director of Educational Affairs, providing leadership and administrative oversight in support of the Office of Educational Affairs. She also serves as the Course Coordinator for the M2 course, Mechanisms of Human Disease (MHD), overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all course components, including lectures, small-group sessions, laboratory experiences, review sessions, and workshops.

Responsibilities
Jessica is an M1 coordinator who supports the Structure of the Human Body (SHB), Host Defense (HD), and Host Pathogens (HP) courses. She is also the administrator for the Course Directors’ Committee and the Central Curricular Authority (CCA) Evaluation Subcommittee.

Kelly is the course coordinator for Behavioral Medicine and Development, Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Patient Centered Medicine 3, and Topics in Clinical Medicine - Radiology. She is also the administrator for the Stritch Advising Program.

Responsibilities
Diane is the course coordinator for the Patient Centered Medicine 1 (PCM-1) course. PCM-1 is the first clinically-oriented course for first-year physicians-in-training experience. She is also the coordinator for the Mind-Body Medicine Skills M1 elective.

Renata is the medical education clerkship coordinator for Surgery and Emergency Medicine (EM). She assists physicians-in-training with educational activities, clinical responsibilities, and general requirements for the third-year Surgery, the fourth-year EM clerkship, the Surgery and EM electives, and Transition to Residency. She also assists Clerkship Directors with grading and evaluations.

Responsibilities
Vivian serves as the Clerkship Coordinator for the M3 Medicine Clerkship and the M4 ICU and Wards Clerkships, playing a key role in the administration and day-to-day operations of these clinical education programs. She is responsible for coordinating student scheduling and clinical assignments across a variety of training sites, including on-site and off-site rotations and sub-internship placements.
Vivian serves as a liaison between the Clerkship Director, students, and faculty, fostering effective communication and supporting the successful delivery of the clinical curriculum.
