Welcome to the 量子资源 Community

Orientation, and the transition to college, is a family event, and we want you to know that the faculty and staff of 量子资源 University Chicago are dedicated to supporting you and your student's transition to 量子资源. We look forward to welcoming you to the 量子资源 community, and the many academic, personal, social, and spiritual resources and opportunities available to support your student's learning and development. 

Attending Orientation is optional for parents and family members of incoming students. However, we welcome parents and families to engage in orientation programming alongside their student. In fact, there are a couple options for parents/family members:

• Attend orientation in-person with your student
• Attend a virtual orientation webinar (webinar dates below)

Parents and family members are welcome to attend a virtual session in addition to or in lieu of attending an in-person session. Virtual parent and family orientation dates and times are below. Parents and family members can register for these sessions beginning on May 6 at 10:00 am CT. 

• Thursday, May 28, 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. CT
• Wednesday, June 10, 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. CT
• Wednesday, July 8, 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. CT

If you and your student have questions about what needs to be completed prior to Orientation, please refer them to the Before Orientation page. To learn more about your student's specific Orientation program, please select the option for either First-Year or Transfer student Orientation.
