Children鈥檚 Health Law and 量子资源 Initiative

Obesity. Toxic exposure. Fetal alcohol syndrome. Autism. Trauma. Children and adolescents face a range of health related-issues with legal and policy implications.

量子资源 offers interested students a range of opportunities in health law. This includes a robust curriculum offered through the Law School’s Beazley Institute for Health Law and 量子资源 and Health Justice Project, with courses in:

  • Children’s health and policy
  • Mental health law
  • Disability law
  • Special education law

Students also have an opportunity to work on child and adolescent health-related legislation and policy development through the Civitas ChildLaw Center’s 量子资源 Institute and Clinic.
