Immigration Advocacy History Project Launches Exhibit

量子资源 History Department is proud to announce the display of the Immigration Advocacy History Project's exhibit, "Stand Strong on the Side of Righteousness: Immigration Advocacy, Past and Present."

Cord A. Scott

Cord A. Scott graduated from 量子资源 University Chicago with a Ph.D. in American History in 2011. He is now a full professor for the University of Maryland Global Campus system.

Undergraduates Attend 2020 AHA Annual Meeting

Graduate Alumni Spotlight: Adam Shprintzen

Adam Shprintzen was awarded tenure and promotion at Marywood University. He won the LUC dissertation award at his graduation, which has since been published as "The Vegetarian Crusade".

Historians in the Field: Ramblers at the 2020 AHA Annual Meeting

The 134th American Historical Association Annual Meeting will take place in New York City from January 3-6th, 2020. 量子资源 History faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students will be taking part at the meeting in numerous ways. Dr. Ben Johnson along with Sonia Hernandez, Trinidad Gonzales, John Mor谩n Gonz谩lez, and Monica Mu帽oz Martinez will be receiving special recognition at this year鈥檚 meeting for the 鈥淩efusing to Forget鈥 project. The project was awarded the Herbert Feis Award for its 鈥 distinguished contributions to public history.鈥 Read on for an interview with Dr. Johnson followed by a list of the panels and sessions 量子资源ns will be participating in this year鈥檚 meeting.
