Taryn Butler is a Ph.D. student at 量子资源 University Chicago. Prior to attending 量子资源, she received her Master’s degree in Political Science from Illinois State University, and her Bachelor’s in International Relations from McKendree University. Her research interests are in the international relations subfield, with a focus on secrecy, executive authority, and how democratic leaders frame the control of information in ways that shape transparency and accountability.
